Accelevation Holdings has acquired Instor Solutions to form the Accelevation Data Centre Business Unit.
The acquisition, which was made for an undisclosed sum, will integrate Instor’s white space installation and project management expertise with Accelevation’s containment and caging solutions business, Conatech, to form the business unit.
According to a statement, the Accelevation Data Centre Business Unit will create a single, customer-facing entity and aims to be “the USA’s largest integrated data centre services solutions provider.” It will provide solutions for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers, offering faster product design, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities.
