Host-IT has unveiled a new data centre in Birmingham, to expand its offering of colocation, rack space, cloud and web hosting services within the UK.
The new Tier III facility currently provides 6 MW of IT capacity, with the potential to increase this to 12 MW in the future.

We have a dedicated team of experts on-site backed up by our existing NOC, to ensure customers continue to receive the same responsive level of support and monitoring.”
Host-IT, which has been developing and hosting websites and operating its own data centres since 1995, supports a variety of clients including SMEs, large multi-nationals, local authorities, police forces, not-for-profit organisations, IT service providers, and web development companies.
