Hyve, the Brighton-based managed service provider, has officially begun operating in its 25th location, with the company now able to offer customers enterprise and private cloud, as well as dedicated servers in New York.
New York is set to become an important hub for Hyve, with the city being home to some of the world’s largest firms, whether it’s financial institutions, media companies or law firms. All those companies require robust IT services, and now Hyve is able to offer it to them.
Hyve has expanded exponentially in 2019, with the company adding IT services in Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, Madrid, Zurich, Geneva, Milan, Bogota and Tokyo in just the last year alone. The addition of New York brings the firm’s services to 25 locations across five continents.
Many of Hyve’s customers are UK-based, and had specifically requested that the company look at expanding to the new markets to maintain their support globally. The company’s customers include Safestore, Carluccio’s, Pure Gym, Caffè Nero, Dog’s Trust, and Teenage Cancer Trust.
Livesource, which helps some of the world’s leading manufacturers eliminate hidden risks in their supply chains, is using Hyve sites in New York, Miami, Geneva and Zurich to enable it to deliver services to its customers.
Jean-François Blachon, CTO at LiveSource commented: “Hyve provides LiveSource with a high-performance hosting platform in multiple global locations. It is great to partner with a host who provides a reliable service and can manage all of our locations for us. Working with one provider takes the stress out of managing multiple locations, and we know that we will always get fast and responsive service from the support team at Hyve.”
